We've decided to replace the Google Mini appliance used to power our previous knowledgebase with Knowledge Manager by Interspire. This is a more robust platform that will allow us to quickly respond to feedback and publish timely technical information. Please explore the new knowledgebase and let us know if you have any suggestions or comments. Some of the new features include:
-Better organization. We've created categories so you can quickly drill down to the information you need.
-Multiple RSS feeds by category, news item, most popular items, and more. Just click the orange RSS icon () next to the section you'd like to subscribe to. Whenever the section is updated, your RSS client will notify you. All major mail clients and browsers have RSS clients built in.
-Print, email, or PDF each article instantly using the navigation bar on the right side of each article.
-Add feedback (helpful/not helpful) to each article, or leave us detailed information in the comments section at the bottom of the article.
-Submit your own KB article! If you have an idea or content and would like us to add it, use the contact form and we will review your submission.
