Quantum boards are not officially supported in any current release of MAXCS (6.0, 6.5, or 6.5 Update 1). The last release that supported Quantum boards was 5.2.While these boards may function when installed, AltiGen will not provide technical support for Quantum-related issues. If a system with Quantum boards installed is having problems, Technical Support Operations may request the board be removed before continuing to troubleshoot the system.
AltiGen recommends that currently installed Quantum boards be removed and replaced with Triton boards. A Quantum trade-in program is available that provides substantial discounts on Triton boards. Please contact the sales team for additional details.
