The following are the instructions to rebuild the RAID array on a Max1000-R. Note that these drives are not hot-swapable.  In order to rebuild the array, the server must be shutdown.

Follow these steps:

1. Power off the server.
2. Replace the bad drive.
3. Power on the server.
4. Press "Control - S" or "F4" (Raid Utilities)
5. Select Rebuild Mirrored Set.

The RAID should rebuild automatically.
