Possible Cause:
Booted server with no key.
System re-image
Fix:
Reapply driver
1. Go to c:\altiserv\DongleDriverForWindows\install.exe and run the executable.
2. Select the Dongle type
3. Select Installation type.
4. Click on the "Begin Install" button.
This should re-apply the driver for the dongle.
