To backup the rules: 1. Close/exit the Advanced Call router program. 2. Stop the AltiGen Advanced Call Router service. 3. Backup the above file 4. Restart the AltiGen Advanced Call Router service. 5. Confirm that you can connect to the Advanced Call Router program.
To restore the rules: 1. Close/exit the Advanced Call router program 2. Stop the AltiGen Advanced Call Router service. 3. Replace the current callrouter.mdb file with the backed up file. 4. Restart the AltiGen Advanced Call Router service. 5. Open/run the Advanced Call router program and login 6. All rules should be restored.
