If you have ordered a Cloud service and need to configure AltiGen SIP trunks, click one of the following links for the appropriate configuration instructions.- MaxCS Private Cloud service: Follow the instructions in Article #1141
- SIP-Trunk-Only service: Follow the instructions in Article #1170.
If you have SIP Trunks from one of the certified providers, you will find the appropriate configuration instructions by searching on the provider name in the AltiGen Knowledgebase. For example, to find instructions for configuring SoTel SIP Trunks, search on the keyword SoTel. Likewise, to find the instructions for TelePacific SIP Trunks, search the Knowledgebase for the keyword TelePacific.
