Log-in Details for Hosted Quality Management App

Following is log-in information for customers who order hosted Quality Management.

• Quality Management URL: You can find this URL in the Altigen order portal, in the Call Center Information section.
• Password: The password for the "admin" user is the same as in VRMPro.  This will be the same as the Windows Initial Password from the portal for new orders.
