This guide details the requirements and basic configuration steps that are necessary to connect Altigen MaxACD Release 7.1 to a Microsoft® Lync™ or a Skype for Business Server.  Note that if you are upgrading from an earlier version of MaxACD, follow the steps in the MaxACD 7.1 Upgrade Guide instead of the procedures in this guide.
