When you need to supply a serial number for an AltiGen product, here’s where to find it:

Boards

TritonVoIP, Triton T1E1, and Triton Resource Board – On the front of the board, on the topmost white label at the upper right. The number is just below the bar code.

Triton Analog Extension, Triton Analog Trunk – On the front of the board, on a white label. The number is just below the bar code.

Quantum Board – On a white label on the side of the “Caution box,” near the word “Caution.” The number is just below the bar code.

Phones

AltiTouch 500 – On the bottom of the phone. Use the number beside Series No. as the serial number.

AltiTouch 510 – On the bottom of the phone. The number below the bar code is the serial number.

IP600, 705, 710, and 720 – On the bottom of the phone. The label beside S/N has the serial number.

Chassis

All serial numbers are on a white label that has the AltiGen logo and a bar code. The serial number is just below the bar code. This is where the white label is located:

AltiOffice 1

On the back of the chassis.

AltiOffice 2G

On the front of the chassis.

AltiOffice 3G and ACM Platform 3G

Inside the front door.
