Resolution (Permanent):
AltiWare must be re-installed to reset the Password to default. Manually backup your configuration (c:\altibackup, c:\altidb, c:\altiserv, c:\postoffice\), shutdown switching, and install MAXCS over the top of your existing system. Make sure to update to the same version you were running previously, then start switching. The password will be reset to default.
