Symptoms: After using intercom feature, the other end does not hang up.

Resolution:

Lower the standard loop current break from 1000ms to possibly 600ms:

In the Extension Configuration dialog box, click the Line Properties button, then check Enable Loop Current Break, and in the Loop Current Break Duration field set the duration.
