The following document is from Bandwidth.com's website, and should be considered to be the correct documentation for configuring an AltiGen server with Bandwidth.com SIP trunks.  Note that configuration's without either an Edgemarc or SIParator are not supported by AltiGen, and we are unable to provide technical support for configurations withouth one of these devices.

It is required that you have an AltiGen SIP trunk license for each SIP trunk.
